Windward Ferries – Ferry Partner Windward Ferries Limited (WFL) was incorporated on August 3rd, 2012 in Port pf Spain, Trinidad & Tobago. WFL is a follow up to Windward Lines Limited, St. Vincent (1991 to 2004) which managed a Passenger and Cargo Ferry Service: Venezuela-Trinidad-St. Vincent- Barbados-St. Lucia.
