Windward Ferries – Ferry Partner 
Windward Ferries Limited (WFL) was incorporated on August 3rd, 2012 in Port pf Spain, Trinidad & Tobago. WFL is a follow up to Windward Lines Limited, St. Vincent (1991 to 2004) which managed a Passenger and Cargo Ferry Service: Venezuela-Trinidad-St. Vincent- Barbados-St. Lucia. The purpose was to re-establish the Ferry Service to serve Trinidad – Grenada – St. Vincent – Barbados – St. Lucia using a modern RoRo Cargo and Passenger Ferry. During 2012 to present several feasibility studies have been completed in depth using experience gained during 1991 to 2004 (Windward Lines), assisting other shipowners in the Eastern Caribbean sourcing vessels and hard to find spare parts.Lining up investors for the Ferry Project. Sourcing the correct size ferry for the service.

Strengths: 
Experience in dealing with Port Authorities in Suriname, Guyana, Trinidad, Grenada, St. Vincent, Barbados, St. Lucia, Martinique, Dominica, Guadeloupe and Antigua. Management of a scheduled Cargo and Passenger Ferry Service. Ship management and maintenance, ISM, ISPS, SOLAS, IMO etc.

Knowledge of all aspects of a working Ferry, Engines, Navigation, maintenance, dry docking etc. Crewing using different nationalities mainly from Eastern Caribbean & Guyana.

Mr. Anthony Hinkson, founder of Anthony Hinkson Consultancy is a graduate of the Florida Institute of Technology where he received a Bachelor of Science with honours in Computer Engineering.  They have over 25 years of experience in the IT field developing customized software solutions for companies such as Agilent Technologies to offshore companies in Barbados. They have also developed software used in various sectors from medical practice solutions, to back-office management in the F.A.O. and as a support to the Mutual Bank's IT department for financial data conversion. With the growth of the web and e-commerce they have produced websites for a range of clients and have a wealth of experience in integrating product requirements and managing many different projects.
